Our program includes the best leadership assessments on the market, delivering unique insights into your leadership style and potential. We don't just stop at assessments, we provide a thorough debrief and a personalized development plan for your 2024 Goals. Based on the results, you are able to opt in later to add more coaching if necessary. (Please note that the only difference with Package 2 is that the Leadership Circle version here is a Self assessment (measuring your intention as a leader) and not a 360 (measuring how your colleagues perceive you: your leadership brand)). Based on the results received, you will have the option to upgrade to the 360 version if you wish.
